As widely publicized, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the building of the Institute of Physics is closed for public visitation and access is limited until the resumption of face-to-face activities, to be defined by Organs higher bodies of UFF.

Therefore, in order to provide transparency and ensure the safety of visitors to the building and as approved by the working group on infrastructure and processes in response to Covid-19 (see resolution here), to access it, it is mandatory to fill in the form and the disclaimer available in the link below.

There will be at least one doorman, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Doormen were instructed to allow access only to those authorized by the secretariat and who present adequate values ​​for measuring the body temperature of visitors.

The list of visitors, available on the calendar below, is forwarded to the building's concierge on a daily basis. Entry will not be allowed without filling out and sending the form and term of responsibility at least 24 hours in advance for occasional visits and 72 hours for periodic visits.
